It’s not that this $7.99 sandwich has the most amazing pork, or barbecue sauce, or focaccia bun. It’s because the tangy, rum-sweet sauce dominates and drives you to the must-have potato salad side. The combination works like sweet-sour pork and rice, only here, between savory pork and chunky-creamy potato, each elevates the other.
